All About Kiva

Kiva Can Do!

I cardboard box + oodles of imagination = 1 awesome adventure

Kiva is a five-year-old girl who knows how to make her own fun and whose imagination knows no bounds.  Along with her best friend, Saul Dunne and her dog Angus (whom Kiva built out of shoe boxes and paper towel rolls), Kiva can create absolutely anything and go absolutely anywhere. When Kiva uses her imagination the ordinary turns into the extraordinary.

KIVA CAN DO! is a 52 x 11 show for pre-schoolers whose heroes need only a cardboard box, some bits and bobs, and whole lot of imagination to have a grand adventure.

Saul Dunne

Saul is Kiva’s best friend. While Nanni looks after Kiva until her parents finish work, Saul, who lived next door, often stops by to join in her adventures. He gets great satisfaction out of a job well done (s’all done!’)
Nanni Praveena

Nanni Praveena

Nanni is one of nature’s born innovators and can turn her hand to almost anything. When Nanni was young, everybody repaired things. Now some of her natural innovation skills have rubbed off on Kiva.

Angus

Angus might look like a cardboard pug on paper towel roll legs, but in the world of Kiva’s imagination, he is a fearless hound, ready to defend his owner, sniff out clues or just play fetch if that’s what Kiva fancies.
